    JOB OBJECTIVES –Support the efforts of the Field Sales team to generate business.  This includes optimization of service provided to VIP Travel Advisors, Travel Advisors traveling on FAM trips and Site Inspections while acting as point of contact for all Travel Agents using clubmedta.com and easyclumed.com.  The TSS provides back office support in the coordination of travel advisor events and tracking of BDM resources such as resort credits, FOCs etc.  This role is also charged with selling via telephone sales to assist travel advisors new to selling Club Med.

    FUNCTIONS:

    BDM Support

    • Assure upgrades for VIP agents, or GM upgrades for VIP agencies
    • Organize FAM trips including invitations, RSVPs, agenda, village coordination and follow up surveys with the different BU’s.
    • Report on Post Fam incentives per FAM per IATA # per agency, and issue Reward   E-Gift Cards to Agent
    • Manage and facilitate resort credit , and TA FOC process for BDMs
    • Research  file inquiries regarding past bookings
    • Maintains and updates Travel Advisor information in Sales Force and the NA.
    • SharePoint/Salesforce administration including updating procedures, uploading documents, assistance in site navigation, maintaining trackers and assisting in audits.
    • Contact sales leads that are new to selling Club Med to assist BDM in getting new travel advisors selling Club Med faster

    Travel Advisor Support

    • Escalation of exceptions per BDM requests
    • Manages inquiries and problem resolution for:clubmedta.com, easyclubmed.com, Great Advisor Loyalty Program

    Marketing Support

    • Coordinate fulfillment of brochures, printed materials and specialty items
    • Support with event coordination for special events including onsite event management, room drops, invitations, RSVPs, agenda, village coordination and follow up surveys
    • Support enhancement and digitalization of current processes

    Performs other incidental and related functions as required and assigned within SLA

    • Strong computer skills – mastery of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and hotel reservation systems
    • Strong business-writing skills.
    • Ability to focus on details, to prioritize and to meet deadlines, and multi task various programs at the same time.
    • Creativity, initiative, strong problem-solving skills, sales skills and customer service.
    • Customer Service Oriented: Must be able to daily interact with external clients and internal clients including various departments throughout the organization. 
    • Knowledge of NA and Club Med systems a plus.

    Requirements

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience.
    • 2 years previous experience working with travel partners and in travel industry.

    Working knowledge of Salesforces is a plus
