    Compile, reconcile and record employee time and payroll data.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Prepare payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
    • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
    • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
    • Execute time and attendance processing and interface with payroll.
    • Process correct garnishment, vacation time, insurance and 401k calculations and compliance.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE  (6) 1 year HR Administrator or Payroll experience. Workday, ADP and Monet experience a plus.
