    JOB DESCRIPTION      

    SUMMARY 

    Support Sales team coordination with field sales force and travel Agents

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Back up to Sales Support
    • Working within the Club Med Booking system to confirm travel agent bookings
    • Communication with travel agents, handling calls to relieve call volume
    • Follow up documentation to travel agents and to Field Sales Team
    • Sales tools documentation and issuance
    • Collateral shipments to Field Sales force and travel agents
    • Sales and Trade Marketing coordinated functions, print material, event scheduling and digital tracking.
    • Back up as necessary during scheduling conflicts with various departments and scheduled time off.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS  Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the complex documents.  Ability to respond effectively to time sensitive inquiries or complaints. 

     

    REASONING ABILITY   Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

    confidentiality. Must have strong communication and organizational skills and be detail oriented.   Must be able to handle multiple tasks and be an excellent problem solver.  Must be a team player, have a positive attitude, be a goal setter, and be internally driven.  Must be flexible and adaptable to constant change. Strong verbal and reading comprehension skills,  and excellent computer skills necessary. Ability to maintain an upbeat and service oriented attitude.  Experience with Windows 2010, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail systems required.
