HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Lead corporate HR in the domains of internal communication, recruitment, development, monitoring and legal compliance.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE A bachelor's or master’s degree and four years of Human Resources experience, OR nine years of experience in the HR field, OR Any appropriate combination of education and experience.
ADP and Workday experience a plus.
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR or GPHR certification preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Must have ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Called on to respond effectively to highly sensitive inquiries or complaints. Should be able to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management or groups.
Bi-lingual French or Spanish preferred.
