  • Focus on three principle areas of revenue; The Local Memberships, local meal and day pass sales, and the golf course green fees.
  • Develop short term and long range action plans in order to implement new programs and strategies that impact the resort sales.
  • Lead and take ownership to the sales approach for the above three areas as well as to coordinate and execute all marketing actions to generate income.
  • Utilize internal, local, city, and state wide publicity, promotion, and marketing to help achieve results
  • Build & Maintain high quality level relationships with country club members ensuring retention and loyalty
  • Develop a plan to attract new country club members – market, draw interest, follow-up and register
  • Monitor local competition and operations to be able to optimize green fee pricing and overall offer – To develop daily variable offers to immediately attract the maximum local playersGain a full working knowledge of Club Med Sandpiper Bay resort operations, including Food and Beverage, Guest Services, and recreation activities to be able to market and sell the “hard” and “soft” qualities of the resort product.
  • Work well individually and as a part of the resort team.
  • Able to Troubleshoots problems regarding sales issues, pricing, and services provided, with autonomy.
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
  • Be the liaison between resort departments and managers concerning all organization & communication and establish a working relationship with the Miami marketing team to leverage collateral support and tools


  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality/business or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience in hotel or event sales
  • Charismatic and ambitious, results-driven, and customer service oriented individual
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills requiredTeam player
  • Must be available for some evening and weekend work
  • 50-75% time spent locally outside the resort
  • Computer skills.
  • Demonstrated tracking of high sale goals.
  • Preferred participant in local organizations.
  • Must have dependable transportation.
