Club Med offers the opportunity to live a unique professional work experience abroad.  Joining our teams of tennis instructors means to teach the techniques of tennis in a Caribbean paradise. Our instructors ensure the supervision of beginners, intermediate and confirmed players during their sessions.

 

  • Setup a qualitative tennis program according to Club Med standards
  • Participate in guest registration and assign tennis instructor depending on guest’s level
  • Evaluate tennis objectives and promote activities and tournaments in the resort
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports on progress of program
  • Plan and promote junior tennis program to include: answering all program inquiries, student placement, curriculum design and implementation, staffing of instructors and marketing
  • Teach on courts to include private and semi-private lessons
  • Oversee tennis facility upkeep and maintenance and reporting to General Manager

Requirements

  • Advanced playing ability and thorough knowledge of rules and etiquette
  • Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic
  • CPR certified mandatory
  • Tennis Instructor certified
  • Prior teaching experience preferred, both adults and children
  • Fluent in English, other languages a plus (e.g. French, Spanish)
