Sailing Instructor

• Welcome guests and teach sailing courses to guests at all levels
• Prepare theoretical and practical classes adapted to needs and levels of all attendees
• Organize and animate competitions (regattas)
• Setup sailing area and prepare boats and activities for the day
• Assist in training programs and determine areas of opportunity
• Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions guests and employees may have
• Ensure equipment is in good condition and work with repair team when needed

• 6 months experience as Sailing Instructor
• Experience with catamaran and lasers.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate safety standards
• Competitive experience a plus
• Fluent in English, other languages a plus (e.g. French, Spanish)
