Mission

  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival in the resort

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through answering request / follow-up / respect loyalty program advantage

  • Participate in economic result : drive sales traffic and promote additional sales to reach budget objectives defined

  • Ensure that each guest is having a great experience

  • Assist with booking, excursions organization and activities on site

     

 

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality preferred
  • Bilingual (English and French mandatory)
  • Problem solver
  • Dynamic and social personality
